  • Prices may vary between in-store and online platforms due to promotions or third-party delivery fees.

  • We make every effort to display accurate information; however, occasional errors in pricing or item availability may occur.


 

4. Allergies & Dietary Preferences

While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy.
Customers with allergies are encouraged to inform our staff before ordering. BTB is not responsible for adverse reactions caused by food sensitivities or allergens.


 

5. Online Orders & Payments

  • Orders placed online are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

  • Cancellations or changes may not be possible once preparation has begun.

  • In the event of an error (duplicate transaction, system issue, etc.), please contact us immediately for resolution.

  • All transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.


 

6. Refunds & Returns

We take pride in the quality of our food.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact the restaurant within 30 minutes of receiving it.
Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of management.
BTB does not offer refunds for orders mistakenly placed or for dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences.


 

7. Promotions & Gift Cards

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced.
